How to read security claims

Attribute “gunfight”, “terrorist”, extortion and casualty claims to the source unless independently established.
KNA is described as KNF’s armed wing. Bawm identity is never evidence of KNF/KNA membership. S4:[MS0350]
Do not publish tactical movements, active camp coordinates, patrol routes or vulnerable witness locations.
Separate arrest, remand, charge, trial, judgment and appeal. None before judgment is guilt.
