Evidence through 4 September 2026. A public-interest reference, not a live emergency service.

Trauma-informed register · non-graphic by default

What is established, alleged, disputed or unresolved?

Occurrence, date/place, toll, actor, motive, lawfulness and procedural outcome are assessed separately. Records use generalized public locations and do not expose survivors, children, witnesses or tactical positions.

Each row separates what is established from what remains unresolved or contested. The register is selective, non-graphic, and does not claim to be a complete census.

Method, rights and procedure

Field confidence

Each field receives its own evidence note. An established event never automatically establishes a perpetrator, motive or exact toll.

Attribution

Allegations, denials and official labels remain attributed. Arrest is not guilt; acceptance of a final report need not resolve historical truth.

Reply

Named parties may submit evidence, denial, context or correction. Replies are dated and published with an editorial note.

Correction

Material changes retain version history. Privacy or safety edits may withhold detail without erasing the correction record.

Right of reply: Open for substantive responses from named institutions, organizations and affected people. No private contact details are published.

Correction state: No published correction on this page. Material corrections are versioned, dated and linked.
